Description

The main method of joining Tweetop pipes is the usage of pressed fittings. Connection between pipe and fittings is achieved by pressing the pipe into the profile of the fitting, by the mean of a pressing machine equipped with U-tape jaws, adapted to the fitting type. Leak tightness of the joining chamber is ensured by two O-ring seals that are perfectly incorporated into the joint zone. Making such connections is possible also in the floor screed or wall chase.

Tweetop Home includes a hot and cold domestic water installation system based on pipes and fittings in 14-75mm diameters. Designed for every type of building, based on Tweetop PERT press fitting system.

Tweetop PERT pipes and fittings are also recommended for water installations. The main reason for that is the hygienic aspect of PERT material, which remains completely neutral in relation to domestic water. The second advantage is the smoothness of the inner surface, both in pipes and in brass fittings, which significantly reduces the risk of forming an advantageous environment for microbes and other micro-organisms.
